Bibliography

                                                                     Bibliography

    • Lark, Liz. 1,001 Pearls of Yoga Wisdom
I picked this book because it has great information about yoga, and has helpful tips on anything you need to know about yoga.  I used this book to help talk about how Yoga can help with focusing, and thinking clearly.  This was used with the argument about what benefits the men can get with Yoga.
    • http://www.yogajournal.com/lifestyle/2585 I picked this site because it had great reasoning of why men are kind of afraid to do Yoga.  This site helped me think of ideas for my paper when I was drawing a blank.  Also I used this is the emotional argument.
    • http://www.menshealth.com/fitness/benefits-yoga I picked this site because it gives great benefits that men can have, if they choose to do yoga.  I used this site by picking using some of their benefits and talking about them in my paper. Again, these were used with the argument about benefits of Yoga.
    • http://www.yogajournal.com/lifestyle/597 I picked this site because it had great information on ADHD, ADD, and how people with these two disorders take on Yoga.  I used this site for information for my paper on children who has ADD and ADHD.  The information pretty much goes for adults too.  This was used with the argument that you can not do Yoga when you are ADD or ADHD.
    • http://www.yoga-traveler.com/yoga-travel/yoga-in-the-car I picked this site because it had great information on how to do Yoga in your car. I used some of the sites information on what Yoga moves you can do in your car, I explained two of the moves.  This was used with the argument that men do not have time for Yoga.
    • http://www.yogajournal.com/lifestyle/2256 I chose this site because it had great information on Yoga and the Military.  I picked the example of the soldier that did Yoga on the hood of his Humvee.  This was used in the argument that Yoga is for wimps.
    • http://www.nytimes.com/2009/01/29/fashion/29CODES.html I chose this site because It had information on men's fashion in Yoga.  I used the information about the street style Yoga clothes that a store designed especially for men that want to do Yoga, but do not want to wear tight clothes.  This was used in the argument that men have to wear tight clothes to do Yoga.
    •  http://www.nytimes.com/2009/05/14/health/nutrition/14fitness.html?_r=1&pagewanted=all I picked this site because it had great information on yoga and people who are obese.  I used information about a woman that teaches obese Yoga students, and what she does to help them.  This was used in the argument that you can not do Yoga if you are overweight.
    • http://www.yogajournal.com/for_teachers/1959 I picked this site because it was another great article on overweight people doing Yoga.  I used this article for information on what Yoga teachers can do to be helpful to the overweight students.  This was used in the argument that you can not do Yoga if you are overweight.

http://www.mensfitness.com/training/combine-basketball-and-yoga-moves  I chose this site because it had great information on basketball players using Yoga, I used this information for the yoga is for wimps section.
http://www.menshealth.com/fitness/benefits-yoga  I picked this site because the article talks about men's point of view on Yoga, but also what benefits Yoga can bring men.  I used this in the Yoga benefits argument.

  1. Good work here! Can you be more specific in your annotations? Make sure to summarize the argument of the text AND tell me specifically how you plan to use it in your paper.
